Welcome to 52 Love. No, it’s not an odd tennis score. As part of my commitment to blog more frequently in 2020, I shared weekly suggestions on how to use love as a verb.
These should work interchangeably with men or women, regardless of how they couple. When I began the series, to avoid repeated use of her/his, his or her, and confusing use of they, each post stuck with a single-gender. As I progressed, I found it more comfortable to avoid any pronouns for a more inclusive feel. Please insert your preferred pronoun accordingly, and if you see a way to improve this communication without losing the intimate feels, I’m always open to new ideas. Thank you for reading!
